If multi-device sync was off, we can't recover it — local-device data is under your control. Always run Settings → Database → Export before uninstalling.

CortexBuild calculates CIS deductions for the standard 20% and higher 30% rates and generates a CIS300 monthly return. It's not a replacement for an accountant — have a qualified accountant sign off before filing.
